About this deal

The camera flips upside down to reveal a close up of the red switches actuating in sync to the music. Assegurando uma qualidade premium com switches lineares e contando com uma sensação tátil e uma superfície texturizada com keycaps em PBT de injeção dupla, ele será ótimo para os videogames ao facilitar a experiência dedigitação. While you can find more expensive keyboards out there, the Razer Huntsman V2 TKL is fairly expensive compared to most gaming keyboards.

But, while competition is stiff, the tiny Razer Huntsman V2 TKL is more than capable of meeting most gamers’ needs. Mais rígidas e duráveis do que as fabricadas em ABS, essas resistentes keycaps não se desgastam, não adquirem aquele acabamento brilhante e sua escrita nunca se apaga, graças ao seu processo de moldagemdoubleshot. The camera shifts down to a full shot of the Razer Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless keyboard, which has a noticeably more compact form factor, but also has Razer Chroma RGB lighting and an ergonomic wrist rest. Conecta tu teclado y juega al instante sin molestias en tus LAN parties y torneos, gracias al cierre de seguridad que mantiene el cable conectado durante toda lapartida.

But Synapse even offers more customization, letting you select one of its preset configurations or choose what point in key travel represents what analog input value from 0-255. For gaming, analog control works by assigning controller commands to individual keys: WASD would be mapped to joystick movement, for example, or the triggers if you’re placing a racing game.

That’s the theory, but while I wish I could say that I feel the difference, I struggled to notice it in practice. Razer's HyperPolling technology offers an 8,000Hz polling rate, which is 8x faster than standard or even more expensive rival keyboards. The Huntsman V2 Analog is on the upper echelon of the upper-tier and carries a very similar design to what it’s replacing as the brand’s most expensive keyboard, the Razer Huntsman Elite. The board is heavy, which immediately makes it feel more premium and stays in place impeccably well on my desk.It features Razer’s excellent doubleshot PBT keycaps which feel and sound great (if a bit loud, which is becoming a hallmark of Huntsman keyboards) while also keeping light well isolated behind the legends. CPU usage was at 9-13% total when typing at my fastest and jumped as high as to 17% when using the volume wheel. With a mouse, you can see the cursor glide across a screen, and the higher the polling rate, the more often the mouse's position on screen gets updated (assuming you have a monitor with a fast-enough refresh rate to take advantage of those extra data points). And I don’t think the changes Razer has made with its second generation linear optical switches are necessarily an improvement. Incredibly, with all the improvements Razer has jammed in, including more cushion and less frame around the wrist-rest, even the dedicated media controls remain.

The second generation switches come with swift, 8,000Hz HyperPolling tech, and are complemented by just 0. As the corner of the keyboard comes into contact with the foam, the keyboard itself disappears, leaving only a layer of SOUND DAMPENING FOAM that bounces up into the air. Of the three previous downsides we listed for the Huntsman Elite, two have been addressed for the Huntsman v2 Analog, resulting in this feature-packed keyboard only requiring a single USB-C or USB 3. The added resistance does, however, and I would consider these some of the best feeling keys I’ve ever used in a gaming keyboard. You can also replace the keycaps with any standard sized set, but you’ll have to purchase that separately.

The wrist rest here is Razer’s plushest yet and provides a clean, natural look with its bezel-less design.

But we’re going to start counting exactly how many times you have to hit “agree” to use devices when we review them since these are agreements most people don’t read and definitely can’t negotiate. Ultimately, the Razer Huntsman V2 ends up being the best gaming keyboard for those seeking optical mechanical switches. A Hertz is a measure of how many times something is cycled every second, so a standard keyboard is polling about 67 times per keystroke. Razer’s Synapse software is essential for adjusting the Huntsman V2 Analog switches’ actuation point but also offers other customization options.

But Razer has also made some choices with the linear switches in particular, that means that the Huntsman V2 might not be to every gamer’s tastes. If having 536 opportunities to capture a keystroke seems meaningful, this is definitely the keyboard for you.
