About this deal
Our world-class Customer Experience team is here to answer all of your questions and make your buying experience rad. Structural grade 6082 T6 Aluminium Flat Bar is the highest strength alloy in the 6000 Series. With additions of magnesium, manganese and silicon to the alloy, both mechanical and corrosion resistance properties are enhanced whilst continuing to retain a good machinability and weldability. These machine bits are typically used by kitchen furniture manufacturers for recessing circular hinges. This type without scribers are for laminate covered boards.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you an incorrect product, as soon as we have been notified, we will arrange a swift collection and organise for the right one to be delivered straight-away. Bar Cutting - We specialise in short lead times and high volume production. To achieve this we use a range of CNC controlled twin pillar type bar saws, cutting to a maximum diameter of 12". We also have the facility to cut tubes and sections (Close tolerances available upon request). Please note, the longest length option is the original length of the product. All shorter options are cut from the original product using a high precision TCT blade. The cutting tolerance for these options is + / - 5mm. Our custom cutting services ensure you get the size you need at the highest quality. With ongoing investment into our plant and machinery combined with regular maintenance and calibration, we aim for consistency and exceptional results. We offer a range of services using the right equipment and skilled metal workers. The dates listed are as accurate as possible, but please note that the entire manufacturing world is in the middle of a global supply chain challenge. As a result, there are some variables that are out of our control (like container shortages, port delays, and the Suez Canal incident).
