About this deal

given that this case is unique (at least to my knowledge) in that it's tempered glass with fans in front and side, I was really looking to see thermal performance in its intended use caseReviews are done as the case is shipped. It doesn’t help that these covers feel a bit flimsy and bendable, so keep it in mind to have a gentle hand when removing and reattaching them. We will introduce you exclusively to Newpay finance products provided by NewDay Limited under this Introducer Appointed Representative arrangement. The glass comes with quite a dark tint, which although it will hide much of your internal components, does have a few benefits: It hides ugly cables in plain sight. Inside the main compartment of the Corsair 5000X, there is room for up to ATX-size motherboards, GPUs up to 420 mm long and CPU coolers up to 170mm tall.

Not only that, but the screws and screw holes for it seemed somewhat worn after just one build in this case, which is worrying when you consider future builds outside of the first one. When it comes to cooling, I feel like the Corsair 5000X RGB exists mostly because the 4000X RGB was so restricted for intake that thermals suffered. If you have the money to shell out, and space to spare for a truly impressive, imposing, and cool-looking case, then this may be the case for you. For some reason, the top screw on this particular case just won’t go in, so it will just have to stay unscrewed in case the threads get stripped or the case gets scratched.

While the size of the box the Corsair iCUE 5000x comes in is plenty surprising, actually seeing it in all its imposing and reflective splendor is much the same feeling as looking up at an impressive skyscraper. The repayment amount agreed for the repayment period will remain the same, meaning the repayment period may be shorter than originally agreed. Phronetic said:This review acknowledges that this case is meant to be used with an AIO on top and all fan slots populated but doesn't show thermals for that configuration. The part that causes the most trouble is the cable shroud that sits on the front right side of the motherboard covering the rubber grommets; presumably to minimize how much cable is shown. With up to ten 120mm fan mounts, three included SP RGB ELITE fans with CORSAIR AirGuide technology and three seperate 360mm radiator locations, the only limit to your cooling options is your imagination.Touring around the outside of the chassis, it’s clear that this is a bigger case than the 4000X, and it sits on the larger side of ATX cases. Important: Interest is calculated from the start of the agreement, which means interest will accrue during the holiday period.

The keyboard and mouse section (when selected), is positioned securely in a compartment underneath the computer.Screwing the motherboard fan mount back in is a little fiddly as well due to two hand screws that go inside the front corner of the case. A spacious interior fits up to 10x 120mm or 4x 140mm cooling fans, along with multiple radiators including up to a 360mm in front and a 360mm push/pull in the roof. Actually installing components is a breeze, and once it’s put back together, it’s truly a sight to behold. If you are approved for a credit limit with PayPal Credit and use it for future purchases, the APR for those purchases won't be more than 23. Keep in mind, there is a “motherboard accessory cover” on the back of the motherboard tray that, for some reason, conceals the area behind the PCB where you would screw in mounting brackets for a CPU cooler.
