The charges and expenses as set out in these Terms of Consignment will be payable by the Seller as if such lot had been sold at auction. Following the sale, the Seller will be liable to pay Reeman Dansie the Seller's Commission and any other expenses set out in these Terms of Consignment. Bidders are required to register their details before bidding and to supply any information or references required by Reeman Dansie before entering the auction room to bid or before Reeman Dansie will accept any other form of bid, whether by commission, telephone or otherwise.
